This place suits me perfectly! The free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and seasonal outdoor pool provide everything I need. On my first stay, the staff helped me with early check-in, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend staying here, and I'm excited to return for my next city trip!

i almost thought this place might be nice, but the toilet didn’t flush properly, and the cold pool was a big letdown, woudl ve been nice if someone had actually cared. i also expected a complimentary welcome gift after those inconveniences, but i guess that’s too much to ask. very disappointing overall.

Unfortunately, the bathroom cleanliness was not up to standard, with grime in various places and tiles missing. I also faced issues with the toilet flushing. despite multiple requests for repairs, it remained problematic throughout my stay. The breakfast experience left much to be desired, with rubbery eggs and expired fruit, leading me to dine elsewhere.

We loved our stay, especially the amazing food that was really tasty and the comfy room with a private pool access, perfect for the kids. Relaxing by the outdoor pool and enjoying the sun terrace made our trip even better. Just a heads up, the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but overall, we had a fantastic time! 😊

I had a pleasant experience with the lovely hotel staff, especially Thodoris at the bar and Johana at the reception, who always welcomed us with a smile and made sure we felt at home. The food was satisfying, and we enjoyed the variety offered during our stay. the cleanliness in some areas could definitely use improvement.

It was just a perfect match for a swift visit in Planos (Zakynthos) with great value for the money. The air conditioning worked well after we reported it, which made our stay much more comfortable. Be sure to check the amenities before unpacking.
